Maison Berger Paris
Maison Berger Paris, 120 years of history
Originally designed to purify the air of hospital rooms at the beginning of the 20th century, the little lamp of the pharmacy technician, Mr. Berger, quickly enjoyed phenomenal success with the public.
Revisited by renowned designers and adopted by leading figures from the world of the arts (Coco Chanel, Picasso, Colette or Jean Cocteau), It gradually became a style icon, appreciated as much for its elegant lines as its delicate fragrances.
Faced with this craze, the successors of Maurice Berger have chosen to continue to explore this unique world with new design objects, such as bouquets, candles and many more.
The name Lampe Berger no longer reflects the diversity of the brand’s creations, it has now selected the name Maison Berger Paris, a tribute to a unique place of creation and inspiration around a French passion for the arts and interior fragrances.
Madoc Rocks
Madoc Rocks is a family run business established in 2002. Our coasters are hand crafted with rock from the Madoc area, in Eastern Ontario. The unique patterns and colours in each coaster are an indication of the mineral diversity of the area. Our business evolved from an interest in nature and rocks, and a lifelong passion for artistic expression. There is beauty and art inherent in the rock itself; we simply bring this beauty to the surface -The Canadian Shield.

David Stepan
David Stepan enjoys and explores the nature of materials. From the warmth and immediacy of hammered copper, to the peculiar grains of wood, and the way materials capture time and place. Employing his Bachelor of Fine Arts training and decades of experience as a bespoke furniture design maker, he blurs the lines between art, service and décor, creating objects that transcend their purpose. His passion is now directed to a more immediate expression of his interest in materials. Especially how objects from sustainably sourced materials can look and feel beautiful, and how their story evolves.
Recently moving from Ontario to Nova Scotia, Canada, with his wife Jody, they are renovating a derelict early 1900’s feedstore to become their home and studios.
